Passito di Pantelleria
Passito di Pantelleria is a sweet wine made from sun-dried Zibibbo grapes on the island of Pantelleria, located between Sicily and Tunisia. The island’s volcanic soil and wind-swept, sun-drenched landscape create a unique environment that gives the Zibibbo grape its extraordinary concentration and aromatic richness.
This wine is a symbol of Sicilian winemaking heritage and is protected under the DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) classification.
